GATOR BY THE BAY FESTIVAL (GBB Festival) TICKET PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Use of this Ticket constitutes acceptance of the following ticket waiver. This ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed. Physical possession of this Ticket is being provided to the holder ("Holder") to serve as evidence of the existence of the License. Management may, without refund, revoke this License or refuse admission for noncompliance with Ticket terms and conditions, facility rules, illegal activity or disorderly conduct.

By completing a GBB Festival ticket purchase, you acknowledge there are inherent and incidental risks and dangers involved in attending a festival in an outdoor setting, including but not limited to weather risks, large crowds, which may involve risk of serious injury, loss of life, and/or property damage. You take responsibility for your own health, welfare, and safety during your attendance, and therefore assume all risks whether or not described herein with full knowledge thereof. Accordingly, for yourself, your executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, in consideration of being permitted to attend the Event and participate in its Activities, you hereby irrevocably waive and discharge any and all claims that you now have or may, in the future, have against GBB Festival and its respective members, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees, including, without limitation, any and all claims for personal injury, death or property damage, whether or not caused by the negligence of GBB Festival and its affiliates.

You understand your email address may be shared with GBB Festival sponsors and partners. By attending GBB Festival, you consent to your likeness and image being included in audio-visual productions, photographs, and/or other materials created by GBB Festival or its designees for promotional or commercial broadcast. Sound recordings and videography of GBB Festival are expressly prohibited unless prior permission is granted. Skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, skates, rollerblades are not permitted. Pets are not permitted, including emotional support animals. Exclusion except animals certified as trained to assist.

Health Protocols. We are working closely with our venue and the Health Department to ensure that Gator will be a fun and entertaining experience that is safe for everyone. As such, all attendees will be required to abide by our Health Protocols, which will evolve as we get closer to the event and will be based on the guidance from the Center for Disease Control and the County Health Department guidelines in place at the time of the event. Gator by the Bay reserves the right to modify and add requirements at its sole discretion. We will update our website with those protocols as we get closer to the event. Cooperation with published health and safety protocols on-site will be required to enter and participate in the festival.

Ticket holders may not bring food or drink products onto the Festival grounds. For the safety and security of all, attendees may be subject to a bag & security check at the entrance to the festival. Holder consents to reasonable search on entry and waives any related claims. We encourage you to leave bags and backpacks at home or in your vehicle to help expedite your entrance. Items that security find as potentially dangerous to the attendees may be confiscated. Professional cameras, recording devices are prohibited. Outside alcohol, coolers, drugs, contraband and pets are not permitted.
